Newcastle United's Carlisle-born prospect Joe White has made a loan move to League Two.
The young Cumbrian has joined Crewe Alexandra on an initial half-season deal.
It is a third loan move in White's career after previous spells with Hartlepool United and Exeter City.
The switch to the Railwaymen will offer White the chance of more valuable first-team experience.

Welcome, Joe. 🤩https://t.co/B6wdXnJvAn
The 20-year-old could make his debut against MK Dons on Saturday.
Whitee has been around the first-team squad at St James' Park and was in Eddie Howe's senior ranks for their pre-season trip to the USA.
He will now look to make his mark in the fourth tier at the Mornflake Stadium in a deal that runs until January 14.
England Under-18 international White, the grandson of former Carlisle player, coach and physio and Workington Reds manager Peter Hampton, was with the Blues' academy before moving to Newcastle seven years ago.
He made 16 appearances for Exeter in a half-season loan in League One last term, including six starts.
Previously he played 16 times for Hartlepool in a similar loan in the second half of the 2021/22 League Two campaign.
He has also been a regular in Newcastle's Under-21 side in Premier League 2 and in the EFL Trophy.
Crewe sit 14th in League Two after five games.
