The 19-year-old, on his sixth appearance since rejoining the Galabankies, saw Annan go behind in the 62nd minute before Aidan Smith struck to earn a 1-1 draw.

Nugent was an unused substitute as he was involved in Murphy’s squad the day after his loan move from Brunton Park.
