Owen Moxon has been shortlisted for League One's goal of the month for the stylish free-kick that opened Carlisle United's season.
Moxon's brilliant goal against Fleetwood Town is on a shortlist of four for the EFL award.
And fans can help the Denton Holme midfield favourite win the award by voting for Moxon.
His first-half goal in the 1-1 draw at Brunton Park on August 5 - United's first goal in the third tier since 2014 - impressed judges.
"Just 36 minutes into their first game following promotion, Carlisle were awarded a free-kick 30 yards out," his award citation says.
"Up stepped their local-born hero to find the top corner with power and precision."
Moxon's rivals for the award are Wigan Athletic's Callum McManaman against Northampton Town, Reeco Hackett for Lincoln City against Northampton Town, and Oxford United's Tyler Goodrham against Charlton Athletic.
Fans are invited to vote for their favourite goal on EFL.com before 5pm on Monday 11 September.
Supporters' votes will be combined with the choices from a panel to determine the winners.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL experts Don Goodman and David Prutton.
