The much-anticipated meeting which will see Carlisle United's would-be American investors talk to supporters about their plans for the first time will not be open to the wider Blues fanbase.
Supporters' trust CUOSC have cited "confidentiality agreements" in the decision to restrict attendance - both in person and online - to trust members only.
The Piataks, who have been courting United for several months and are in advanced talks will attend the meeting at the Halston Hotel in Carlisle at 2pm on Sunday, September 24.
Only CUOSC members will be able to attend while a live stream of the event is also being restricted to their members.
The trust have today given details of how members can access tickets for the meeting.
Ticket booking will be open from 7pm tomorrow.

It will see members receive an email with a unique access code which is single-use only.
The code must be entered to access one ticket, while CUOSC said a waiting list will be in operation if capacity is reached.
Stream details will follow in due course, they add.
And the trust said: "The event will be accessible to members only, in person and online, due to confidentiality agreements."
Fans applying for membership from 12.45pm today will not be eligible to attend the meeting, CUOSC added.
The much-anticipated meeting will see the Florida-based Piataks speak publicly about their interest in the Blues for the first time.
After the News & Star revealed the Jacksonville family's interest last month, United on Friday confirmed they were in "advanced talks" with the Piataks as well as operating under an exclusivity agreement.
Tom Piatak, owner of Magellan Transport Logistics, and members of his family including wife Patricia and son Tom, have attended Carlisle games in the recent past.
They were all at the League Two play-off final at Wembley in May, sitting close to United directors.
Tom Piatak snr and jnr also sat in the Andrew Jenkins Stand and later stood on the Warwick Road End at last month's home game against Exeter City in League One.
Carlisle, in their recent statement - which was issued amid reports of rival Turkish interest in the club - said: "In light of recent speculation, we can confirm that the shareholders are in advanced negotiations with the Piatak family in relation to investment in the club.
"We have entered into, and are working through, a period of exclusivity with a view to concluding that transaction.
"Any transaction is of course subject to contract, EFL approval, and the participation of CUOSC.
"CUOSC has an upcoming members’ meeting to discuss the proposals.
"As confirmed previously, we continue to be contacted by parties expressing interest in the club.
"The message to those parties is that the shareholders are unable to progress any discussions whilst they are in a period of legal exclusivity with another party.
"We ask fans to be patient and understanding during this time.
"As and when there is further information which we can share with fans, we will do so."
It also emerged last month that Tom snr and wife Patricia have set up a UK-based company called Castle Sports Group Limited.
Manager Paul Simpson recently said he had met the Americans and has spoken positively about the situation.
United and their trust, meanwhile, have repeatedly referred to the importance of resolving debt negotiations with Purepay Retail Limited before any takeover/investment deal can progress.
The club are hoping to agree terms on a repayment plan on the £2.7m debt situation with Purepay.
The trust have a key part to play in any takeover/investment deal with their 25.4 per cent voting rights in United's Holdings company.
