Carlisle United's supporters' trust have set out the plan for this month's meeting with potential investors into the club.
And CUOSC have also suggested that more than one would-be investor may be present at the September 24 event.
The Piatak family from Florida, headed by transport logistics firm owner Tom Piatak, have been courting the Blues for several months.
They will be represented at the meeting though it is not yet clear which and how many family members will be present.

Nor is it yet known how a potential ownership/investment structure would take shape involving members of the American family.
In a message to members outlining the 2pm meeting's agenda, CUOSC say an "investment summary" will be presented by "potential investor(s)".
The meeting at the Halston hotel in Carlisle, which is restricted to trust members only, will also involve a question-and-answer session.
Introductions and "scene setting" before the investors speak will be made by CUOSC chair Matt Spooner and the trust's CUFC Holdings board representative, Billy Atkinson.
CUOSC have now made tickets available for the event, having emailed individual access codes to members so that they can reserve a ticket.

The trust say that "due to the venue size" they are "working to limited capacity".
A live stream of the event is also planned but that will also be restricted to trust members.
CUOSC say "confidentiality agreements" are behind the decision to make the meeting members-only.
The much-anticipated meeting will see the Piataks, from Jacksonville in the USA, speak publicly for the first time about their interest in the Blues.
Tom Piatak snr and members of his family have attended United games in recent months, with the businessman sitting close to Blues directors at May's League Two play-off final at Stockport County.
After the News & Star revealed their interest in the club last month, along with further games attended by the family - the Bradford City play-off second leg at Brunton Park, and a pre-season friendly at Annan Athletic - Tom Piatak and his son, also Tom, sat among fans at the August 19 home game against Exeter City.
United had not publicly confirmed the Piataks as an interested party until last Friday, as they said they were in "advanced talks" with the family and operating under "exclusivity".
The Blues' statement was also in response to reports of a rival Turkish bid for the club.
