Carlisle United have been handed a trip to Leyton Orient in the FA Cup first round.
A day after losing to the Os at Brunton Park in League One, the Cumbrians were drawn against Richie Wellens' side in the first round proper of the famous knockout competition.
United will head to Brisbane Road on the weekend of November 3 to 6.
It will be only a second ever meeting between the clubs in the FA Cup, the first coming back in 1936 when the Blues won 4-1 at home against a side then known as Clapton Orient.
The trip to east London was the sixth tie out of the hat in the draw made by ex-Manchester United and England defender Paul Parker and former Orient manager Jobi McAnuff.
It sets the Blues and their fans a third long away trip on consecutive weekends, after trips to Portsmouth and Cambridge United in the league.
The tie means the Cumbrians and their followers will rack up 1,833 miles for the three games in quick succession.
The tie comes after Wellens' side won 1-0 at Brunton Park on Saturday thanks to a Ruel Sotiriou goal.
United may be relieved the cup game is at Orient's ground, with the Blues' recent record there better than on home soil.
While the Os are unbeaten in eight visits to Carlisle, the Cumbrians won at Brisbane Road as recently as February 2022 in Paul Simpson's first game back in charge.
Their previous four visits also saw the Blues unbeaten at Orient, though the Londoners did get the better of United at their home ground in the league last season with a 1-0 win.
With Wellens' side sitting tenth in League One it represents a tough obstacle to United's ambitions of a cup run.
But Carlisle have a strong recent record in the cup's first round. The last time they failed to reach at least the second round was 2014.
Last season the Cumbrians made it to the second round before losing at Walsall. Orient went out in the first round last season with a defeat at Crewe Alexandra.
