Carlisle United midfielder Jayden Harris has joined National League club Eastleigh on loan.
The 24-year-old has headed out of Brunton Park in a three-month deal in search of first-team football.
He has linked up with Eastleigh, who are 11th in non-league's top tier, until the middle of January.
It comes as ex-Fulham and Aldershot Town man Harris has again struggled to force his way into Paul Simpson's first-team at Carlisle.
He could make his debut for Richard Hill's side against York City this weekend.
United boss Simpson, speaking on the club website, said of the move to the Spitfires: “An opportunity came up for Jayden to go out and get some first-team football and I think it will be a move which will benefit all parties."
Harris has made four appearances for the Blues this season, two league sub appearances and two starts in the EFL Trophy.
That followed 24 outings last season after his move from Aldershot on a three-year deal in the summer of 2022.
