Carlisle United's supporters' trust have confirmed who will be their new director on the Blues' board.
Matt Spooner will step up to the position in place of Nigel Davidson.
It follows the latest CUOSC elections in which Davidson, the current trust representative on United's 1921 operational board, lost his trust board seat.
That left the trust needing to nominate a new supporter to fill the role.
And Spooner, the CUOSC chair for the last year, will now replace Davidson on the new-look board at Brunton Park.

The lifelong United fan, managing director of Cumbrian firm World Group, has been heavily involved in the trust's work with the Piataks over recent months which led to the American family taking over the club.
Spooner was part of the Unita Fortior movement which set up in January 2022 with an aim to revitalise the trust.
He and four other UF individuals were elected to the CUOSC board last year.
One of those, Dan MacLennan, will now be chair of the trust. He had previously been vice-chair.
A newly-appointed trust board member, Claire Winder, will be the new vice-chair.
Dave Noble, another fan who was elected to the board last year, will serve as alternate 1921 director. Both he and Spooner must pass the EFL's owners and directors' test before assuming their new club positions.
Other CUOSC figures are continuing in their existing roles, with Billy Atkinson remaining the trust's representative on the CUFC Holdings board.
Alastair Woodcock and Peter Harrington continue as secretary and treasurer respectively.
It has been confirmed, meanwhile, that Davidson will continue as United's equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) officer, an area where he has done a great deal of work in recent times.
Both Davidson and long-serving CUOSC board member Carol Wilson - who was the trust's alternate 1921 director - lost their seats at the trust's election, as they sought re-election for a new three-year term.
Instead, the four vacant trust board positions were claimed by Winder, Ross Parkinson, Mike Denovellis and Martin Robson.
CUOSC, in a briefing to members on the latest news, said: "Many thanks to Nigel Davidson, outgoing 1921 Board Rep and his alternate Carol Wilson, for their dedicated service.
"Nigel continues in his role as the Club's EDI Officer.
"Nigel and Carol will remain in their 1921 board roles until Matt and Dave complete the Owners and Directors test as stipulated by the EFL.
"The first board meeting of the club since the change of ownership last month will take place the week before Christmas."
Spooner, on the 1921 board, will be joined by all six members of the Piatak family - Tom snr, Patty, Tom II, Alice, Jenna and Nick - along with United's chief executive Nigel Clibbens, finance director Suzanne Kidd and former co-owner John Nixon as 'transitional' director.
The new line-up on the CUFC Holdings board comprises Tom snr and Patty Piatak and Atkinson from CUOSC.
