Cumbrian midfielder Kyle Dempsey is a doubt for a return to Brunton Park with Bolton Wanderers this weekend.
The Maryport star suffered a muscular injury during the Trotters' 1-0 win over Cheltenham Town on Tuesday night.
The former Carlisle United man is among the players being assessed by the promotion-chasing visitors ahead of their trip this weekend.
“Demps is more neural, we’re hopeful anyway. We will have to see how it settles and then make a call on it," manager Ian Evatt told The Bolton News.
Dempsey has been a mainstay of Bolton's third-placed side this season with 27 appearances and two goals.
He came off the bench on Tuesday but picked up the problem in the latter stages of the game against the Robins.
Bolton are also set to be without the injured Randell Williams and the suspended George Thomason.
Another ex-Blue who won't be in the mix for the Trotters this weekend is defender Gethin Jones.
He remains on international duty with Australia, who are in the knockout stages of the Asia Cup.
Former United man Jack Iredale is a likely starter on his return to Brunton Park on Saturday.
