Carlisle United will take on Rangers in a reserve friendly next week, the Glasgow club have announced.
The Blues are set to head north of the border next Monday to give some of their fringe players game time.
They will do so against Rangers' B Team at the Ibrox club's training centre in Auchenhowie.
Blues manager Paul Simpson told the News & Star yesterday that United were awaiting confirmation on a bounce game.
The Gers have now announced the fixture will be played on Monday afternoon.

"Rangers B will square off against Carlisle United’s first-team on Monday afternoon," the Scottish Premiership club announced.
"The young Gers have faced a range of experienced sides this term, with the visit from the English outfit representing an exciting addition to the B Team’s games programme.
"David McCallum’s side were victorious in their previous outing in a 2-0 victory over Bolton Wanderers B in Lancashire earlier this week.
"Gers B have also squared off against Manchester United and Manchester City this term, among others, including a tough test against OH Leuven’s first-team.
"The match will be played at the Rangers Training Centre, presented by Park’s Motor Group, with a 2.00pm kick-off."
Simpson is likely to use the game to give outings to players who have been short of first-team involvement of late.
The likes of Jayden Harris, Dylan McGeouch, Seán Grehan and Ukrainian striker Anton Dudik could be among those to feature, with youth team players also likely to be in the mix.
United boss Simpson yesterday spoke about the challenge of managing a squad with a number of out-of-favour players right now.
"You’ve just got to keep them all up to speed," he said. "They all understand they can’t all play and there’s a disappointment when they’re not playing, but there has to be a professionalism to keep going."
