Whitehaven Miners Social, who are three-time semi-finalists, booked their last-four place with a 7-1 win at Alston Moor in the quarter-finals.
They sit fifth in the Cumberland County League Premier Division with games in hand on many sides above them.
The Coach Road outfit is also the former junior club of former Carlisle academy star Dean Henderson, who is now playing in the Premier League with Crystal Palace.
United have made it to the semi-finals by defeating Carlisle City, Aspatria and Penrith in previous rounds.
The City and Penrith games saw the Blues field a number of first-team squad players, while the side that faced Aspatria was largely comprised of youth team players.
United are hoping to win the Fred Conway Cumberland Cup for the first time in 2019.
The other semi-final is yet to be confirmed, with holders Workington Reds facing a trip to the winners of the quarter-final tie between Windscale or Maryport Athletic.
Their last-eight game is tomorrow (Wednesday).
