Cumbrian hooker Jamie Blamire will be back in an England jersey this weekend.
The Seaton star is in the England A squad that will take on Portugal in Leicester on Sunday.
Newcastle Falcons man Blamire will get his chance having initially been part of Steve Borthwick's senior training squad ahead of the Six Nations.
Blamire, 26, will feature in England A's first fixture since 2016.
He has been training with the squad at Loughborough this week.
England head coach Borthwick, said: “We have got a lot of talented and exciting young players in England, and this is a great opportunity for them to show they can play international rugby.
"We have selected players in this initial squad who we believe have the potential to be in the England team in the very near future."
Blamire has six full England caps. Borthwick's first team take on Scotland at Murrayfield tomorrow.
