Cumbrian hooker Jamie Blamire starred for England A as they eased to an emphatic win in their first game for eight years.
The Seaton star scored a try inside the first three minutes against Portugal.
Blamire kicked off a prolific afternoon of scoring for England as they swept to a 91-5 victory at Welford Road in Leicester.
The 26-year-old Newcastle Falcons man was named in the A side having previously been part of Steve Borthwick's England senior training squad ahead of the Six Nations.
England A coach George Skivington saying: “To score that many points is a challenge no matter who you play, but I give credit to Portugal, they stayed in it and fought very hard."
