Jarrad Branthwaite is living the dream with England as he trains with the Three Lions squad for the first time.
The Cumbrian defender has been pictured on the training ground at St George's Park as he gets down to work with Gareth Southgate's squad.
Branthwaite, from Wigton, is among the senior England players to take part in a full session today under the eye of Southgate and his coaches.
It comes after Everton's 21-year-old former Carlisle United defender was called up to the full England squad for the first time.
Branthwaite is one of three new faces in the England camp along with Newcastle United's Anthony Gordon and Manchester United's Kobbie Mainoo.
They are among the players hoping for action when the Three Lions take on Brazil at Wembley on Saturday, with a second friendly against Belgium next Tuesday.
Most of Southgate's squad took part in the full session today, with Harry Kane, Jordan Henderson, Bukayo Saka and Cole Palmer working indoors.
