Cumbrian keeper James Trafford has been pictured training with England's senior squad for the first time.
And the Greysouthen star has been joined by fellow Cumbrian Jarrad Branthwaite as the Three Lions prepare for Tuesday's friendly with Belgium.
Goalkeeper Trafford was called into Gareth Southgate's squad for the first time as he stepped up from the Under-21s.

The 21-year-old Burnley player has replaced the injured Sam Johnstone in the squad for the second of two friendlies in four days.
Former Carlisle United academy keeper Trafford can look forward to a place on the bench at Wembley in his first taste of a full international, as he joins goalkeeping ranks that include first-choice Jordan Pickford - Everton's ex-Carlisle loanee Jordan Pickford and Arsenal's Aaron Ramsdale.
Everton's former Carlisle defender Branthwaite, from Wigton, will meanwhile be hoping to win his first cap against Domenico Tedesco's Belgium stars.
He was among the outfield players training at Tottenham Hotspur's training ground on Monday, ahead of Tuesday night's game at the national stadium, which kicks off at 7.45pm and is live on Channel 4.
