Former Carlisle United keeper Jokull Andresson has returned to his native Iceland for his latest loan move.
The Reading gloveman, who spent last season with the Blues, has joined his boyhood club Afturelding.
The move sees Andresson link up with the club where he spent time as a youth player before moving to England with the Royals.
The 22-year-old will remain with Afturelding until the end of the Icelandic season in late October.

Good luck during your loan spell, Jökull! 🧤
It is the latest in a series of loan moves for the Reading man, who had a short-lived stint as Carlisle’s No1 last season.
After forcing his way into the side ahead of Tomas Holy early in United’s League One campaign, errors and a red card at Wycombe Wanderers soon saw the keeper back on the bench.
Consecutive shoulder fractures then ruled the keeper out for the rest of the season, with Andresson making seven appearances for the Cumbrians.
During his time at Reading, Andresson has also had three loan spells with Exeter City, two temporary stints with Morecambe and a loan spell with Stevenage.
He is yet to make a first-team appearance for his parent club having joined Reading in 2017.
