โ๏ธ AFC Fylde are delighted to announce the signing of striker Offrande Zanzala, subject to international clearance.
Welcome to Mill Farm, Oz! ๐ซ#BornToBeFylde
โHaving worked with Offrande before, Iโm confident he will be a success here at Mill Farm," Beech told the Fylde website.
"Heโs a great personality around the dressing room and he will endear himself to his teammates through hard work and his technical capabilities."
Zanzala, who has signed a one-year contract, added: "Iโve been speaking to the head coach and I canโt wait to get going and help get the club where it wants to be.
"The club has ambitions to go higher and so me coming here was certainly something I wanted to do.
โIโve got loads of experience in the leagues which is something I want to bring to the team. Itโs a crucial year for me football wise and for the years to come.
"I want to give my all to the club and having played under the Head Coach before and having that understanding will only help me."
Zanzala joined United from Crewe Alexandra midway through the 2020/21 League Two season under Beech.
He scored five goals in 22 appearances but rejected the chance to stay in favour of a summer move to Barrow.
After five goals in 27 outings in south Cumbria, and a loan spell with Exeter City, Zanzala moved on to Newport in the summer of 2022.
His previous clubs include Derby County, Chester, Stevenage and Accrington Stanley.
Beech took the helm at Fylde last season having previously been director of football. He guided them to safety and an 18th-placed finish.
