Accrington Stanley have secured the arrival of former Manchester United and Sunderland defender Donald Love.

GILLS SIGN NON-LEAGUE HITMAN

“That does take time and, each week, we’re seeing it more and more on the training pitch where they are starting to blend and complement each other.
BARROW BOSS PLEDGE AFTER THRASHING
Barrow AFC boss Stephen Clemence has pledged things will improve after their 5-0 pre-season thrashing at Kilmarnock.
Speaking in a club interview, the new Holker Street chief said: “There’s plenty to learn, I know that, and you’d rather that result happen now than in a couple of weeks’ time.

SALFORD SECURE EXPERIENCED WIDE MAN
Experienced winger Jon Taylor has joined Salford City ahead of the new campaign.
The former Peterborough United, Shrewsbury Town and Doncaster Rovers man, 32, links up with the Ammies on a one-year deal.
He is hoping to make up for some lost time after injury and illness affected his time at Donny.
“From the outside looking in, I think a lot of people will have probably written me off, thinking I’ve just been injured, but I’ve had confidence in myself, and in my body, that I knew that I was fine,” Taylor told the club website.
