Cumbria Indoor Bowls Club in Carlisle is set to reopen for the 2024/25 winter season on September 2.
The club is holding an open week on August 27 to 30 for anyone interested in taking up the sport.
Prospective new members can enjoy free sessions between 10am and 2.30pm during the open week at the club, which is on Viaduct Estate Road.
The club has been going for 48 years and has more than 500 members from the North of England and South of Scotland.
The club is open to people of all ages, with members benefitting from the collective experience of Commonwealth Games medallists and national champions.
It will provide bowls and flat soled shoes for trial during open week sessions.
