The latest managerial appointment in League Two has seen Scott Lindsey succeed Mike Williamson at MK Dons.
Crawley Town boss Lindsey has made the move to Stadium MK a week on from Williamson's departure for Carlisle United.
It sees MK Dons appoint the man who got the better of Williamson's team in last season's play-off semi-finals.
Lindsey led Crawley to promotion and now leaves the Sussex club in 18th place in League One as he drops back to the fourth tier.
The former Swindon Town boss's arrival at MK was presented by sporting director Liam Sweeting - who had been targeted for the same role at Carlisle only for Sweeting to opt to remain in Milton Keynes.
Lindsey is joined at MK by coaches Jamie Day, Carl Laraman and Steve Hale.
Scott will be joined at Stadium MK by First Team Coaches Jamie Day and Carl Laraman, as well as Goalkeeping Coach Steve Hale.
Sweeting, speaking on the club website said: "I don't think it's much of a secret to say Scott was our number one target from day one, so I'm absolutely delighted that he's agreed to join the club at such an exciting time.
"When we started this process, it was clear that we wanted someone who would align with MK Dons but who also had a track record of improving football teams, improving players and displaying leadership traits we felt were important in the immediate future.
"Scott's footballing record in recent seasons is phenomenal, proving time and again that he can maximise what's in front of him and develop a brilliant coaching environment."
Lindsey added: "I'm so excited to be joining this wonderful football club. I think it's clear to everyone just how much potential there is at MK Dons."
MK Dons sit 19th in League Two, having drawn their first game after Williamson's departure; a 1-1 draw with Doncaster Rovers under caretaker Dean Lewington.
They are a point above Williamson's new club, with the new Blues boss starting with a win at Swindon last time out.
Lindsey's first game in charge will be at Bromley on Saturday. Williamson's Carlisle will face Lindsey's MK on January 11 at Brunton Park.
