Carlisle United's League Two rivals Bradford City have signed a second ex-Blues player in the space of a week.
After Paul Huntington joined the Bantams, midfielder Corry Evans has now linked up with the west Yorkshire club.
The experienced Northern Ireland international was on loan at Carlisle from Manchester United in the 2010/11 season and made his Football League debut for the Blues.
Since then he has played for Hull City, Blackburn Rovers and Sunderland, leaving the Black Cats at the end of last season.
Now 34-year-old Evans has joined Graham Alexander's squad at Valley Parade.
He has signed a short-term deal until January - a similar length of contract to that given to ex-United defender Huntington when he joined Bradford last week.

Alexander, speaking on the club website about the signing of the 72-cap international midfielder, said: "We’re bringing Corry in on a short-term deal to help us with his experience and quality.
"He’s another option in the midfield that can compliment the personnel we already have in there."
Evans himself said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to join Bradford City. It’s a massive club with a passionate fanbase, and I can’t wait to get started.”
He could be in the frame for his debut against Newport County tonight. Huntington, 37, will also be hoping for his first taste of Bantams action, having been an unused substitute in his first game, a 1-1 draw at Morecambe last Tuesday.
Huntington and Evans' recent arrivals take the number of ex-Blues on the Bradford books to three, including striker Andy Cook.
Calum Kavanagh, the striker son of former United manager Graham Kavanagh, is also with the Bantams, who sit 14th in League Two.
They defeated Carlisle 2-1 last month and are next due to face the Blues at Brunton Park on January 18.
Evans' time at Brunton Park some 14 years ago only yielded a single first-team appearance.
After being brought in by Greg Abbott, the midfielder made his league debut in a 1-1 draw at Bristol Rovers on October 30, 2010.
But he did not feature for the Blues again and went on to join Hull that January.
