Terell Thomas has given Carlisle United another injury worry after limping out of last night's Saint Lucia game.
The defender had to go off after just 25 minutes of the 4-1 defeat to Curacao.
Thomas was in clear discomfort as he went down in need of treatment, his left leg appearing to be the problem.
As he got to his feet, Thomas looked gutted as he pulled his shirt over his face, limping off the pitch to be substituted.
Carlisle will now await further details of the centre-back's injury ahead of his return to Brunton Park.
Thomas, the Saint Lucia captain, had returned to the international side after suspension.
He was named in Stern John's XI for the CONCACAF Nations League game, having sat out Friday's defeat to Grenada as he served a one-game ban following a recent red card against Saint Martin.
His early withdrawal will now make him a doubt for United’s home clash with Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.
Thomas missed last weekend's draw with Bromley in order to link up with the Saint Lucia squad. United were also without another central defender, Aaron Hayden, through illness.
Ben Barclay is also set for a one-game suspension after receiving his fifth booking of the season at Bromley.
