Carlisle United have confirmed details of Anton Dudik's loan extension with South Shields.
The Blues' head coach Mike Williamson recently told the News & Star that Ukrainian striker Dudik would be remaining with the Mariners for longer.
United have now confirmed that the 19-year-old will be staying in the north east until January 1.
Dudik joined the National League North club on an initial month's loan in late October.
He will now continue to gain first-team experience with Elliott Dickman's side in non-league's second tier.
Dudik, who joined Carlisle in January, has made six appearances for South Shields so far.
He is awaiting his first goal, while he has one assist to his name for the 1st Cloud Arena club.
Dudik's latest outing came as a substitute in a 2-2 draw with Peterborough Sports on Saturday.
Next up in the league for the young Blues player and his 11th-placed team-mates will be a home clash with Rushall Olympic next Tuesday.
